About Commercial Cleaners

Born and raised in Columbia, Evan Foster began his career in geriatric healthcare, where he was recognized by the teams he worked with for ensuring cleanly and sterile environments for their residents and patients.

At the age of seventeen, Evan was faced with the sobering fact that those who go to nursing homes aren't always going there to live; nursing homes are often a place of transition from this life to what comes after. With this realization, every step taken by Evan thereafter was to ensure that those in that position were in the conditions deserved by anyone facing the insurmountable transition of life to death; geriatric residents and their families alike.

In January of 2021, Evan departed healthcare with an aspiration to fuel the growth of businesses by means of effective marketing, and later went on to found Propel: Marketing & Talent.

Now with a desire to support the growth and wellbeing of individuals while relieving others of low quality workplace conditions, Evan started Commercial Cleaners in 2023 with a drive to create an opportunity for individuals to discover Commercial Cleaners as a career; not just a job. Through advancement opportunities, insurance and chiropractic care, PTO, vacation benefits, and schedule flexibility, Commercial Cleaners is poised to see Evan's vision come to fruition.

In 2024 we went green with the addition of all-natural cleaning solutions to our arsenal.

As states begin to ban harsh reagents found in every-day cleaning products such as soap and floor cleaners, and more data arises from the long-term use of these reagents in workplaces, Commercial Cleaners has partnered with a local supplier offering both scented and unscented cleaning for our clients.

Our new line of products are proven to be equally as effective as traditional cleaners, and are unharmful to your employees and our team members. We offer both chemical-based and all-natural options.
