Hubbell's 40,000 Square Foot Addition in Centralia
Beginning early 2023, Septagon Construction was contracted to build a 40,000 square foot addition to Hubbell Power Systems in Centralia. This standalone building was divided into three separate attached buildings each with its own purpose; one was a 8,900 square foot training area for large machinery and equipment, one was a 20,00 square foot, two-floor administrative area, and another was the renovation and addition of a 8,000 square foot customer service area.
Commercial Cleaners was contracted in July of 2024 to provide final cleaning of each area. Our work included the following...
- Three sections, two floors each
- 75% Hard floor & 25% Carpeted
- Over 150 pieces of glass; windows & office partitions
- Over 100 cubicles and offices
- Disposal of construction and supply materials

Case Study #2
Woodhaven Workforce Development Center - 6,000 sqft
Commercial Cleaners was contracted by Construction Engineering Solutions in Fall of 2024 to provide final cleaning for the newly remodeled Woodhaven Workforce Development Center, which was originally the Services for Independent Living building, totaling 6,000 square feet. Our work included the following;
- 25% hard floor, 75% carpet
- Extensive dusting on walls, bathrooms & offices
- Restoration of stained wooden doors
- Deep cleaning of existing windows with tape residue & aging

Case Study #3
Crescent Parts & Supply - 5,800 Square Feet
Commercial Cleaners was contracted by Septagon Construction in Spring of 2024 to provide final cleaning for the newly remodeled Crescent Parts & Equipment, with a 5,800 square foot customer service area and adjacent offices. Our work included the following;
- 100% Hard floor, scrubbed with walk-behind scrubber
- Paint removal on floors, cabinetry & countertops
- Cleaning of interior and exterior windows
