Hubbell Power Systems - 40,000 Square Foot Addition

Beginning early 2023, Septagon Construction was contracted to build a 40,000 square foot addition to Hubbell Power Systems in Centralia. This standalone building was divided into three separate attached buildings each with its own purpose; one was a 8,900 square foot training area for large machinery and equipment, one was a 20,00 square foot, two-floor administrative area, and another was the renovation and addition of a 8,000 square foot customer service area.

Commercial Cleaners was contracted in July of 2024 to provide final cleaning of each area. Our work included the following...

• Three sections, two floors each
• 75% Hard floor & 25% Carpeted
• Over 150 pieces of glass; windows & office partitions
• Over 100 cubicles and offices
• Disposal of construction and supply materials
