Service Area
Commercial Cleaners was established in Columbia in 2023, where we now maintain a home-base which best allows us to service the surrounding counties.
In addition to workplace services, we partner with construction companies to fulfill final cleaning on construction projects, leaving new and remodeled buildings with a pristine transition into their new workplace. Our construction cleaning services are offered within a 90 mile radius from Columbia.
Pricing
Our pricing is based on square footage and frequency of cleaning.
A 400 square foot office cleaned once per month is $100
while a 10,000 square foot building cleaned five times per week comes out to $2,300/month.
While our prices will vary, the process to get a quote is streamlined so we can get you a number within a day.
